The generator is on "ok" condition. The oil is dirty and needs to be changed. The oil, oil filter and fuel filters will be replaced before it goes in.

At the end of it's first day, it wouldn't start...not sure why.

The sound shield is missing the back piece, as evidenced by the heavy mesh covering the generating end. The front cover is mismatched, does,nt fit correctly and is too small to fit to the corners. Additionally, the crank shaft end and the water pump pulley "bury" in to the front cover's sound insulation - and may actually rub on the metal cover.

Earnie from Dependable look in the electric box, and pointed out a few issues. As evidenced by the photos, this generator with 5220 original hours is showing signs of age in the electrical department. Though it looks sketchy, it's wired for 220, and we will need a schematic to sort out the miscellaneous loose and hanging wires. He gave the electrical box a C- grade.

Looking around the engine, there is a rubber hose where a piece of fitted pipe should be (black hose green stripe), and a few other hoses need to be replaced (finger pointing).

MISSING from this package is a Remote starting and gauge panel and the wiring harness to hook it up in the bridge - hand holding wiring connection block, notice holes in box where "stuff" is to be mounted.

Other than this, it looks to be in good condition, and with a little love should be just fine.
